Where do you ship from?

We work with a mix of EU-based suppliers and specialized fulfillment partners.

Whenever possible, items ship from within the EU.
If a product ships from outside the EU or requires longer delivery time, this is clearly stated on the product page before purchase.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the product and its source.

  • EU-stocked items: typically 3–7 business days
  • Specialized or made-to-order items: typically 10–15 business days

Estimated delivery time is always shown on the product page.


Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes.

If you change your mind, you can return unused items in original condition within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer law.

Return shipping costs may apply for change-of-mind returns.


What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly — either with a replacement or a refund.

You won’t be asked to argue your case or navigate complex procedures.


Do you offer refunds?

Yes.

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected, or immediately in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.

Refunds are always processed to the original payment method.


Why don’t you offer large bundles?

We design our products as modular systems.

This allows you to build setups that fit how you actually live and travel, reduces unnecessary purchases, and makes returns simpler and fairer for everyone.
