2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item should be in its original condition, with all parts/accessories.

You may inspect the product as you would in a physical store; however, signs of excessive use may reduce the refund amount.

Hygiene-related items (e.g., wearables) must be unused or cleaned according to hygiene standards.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Voluntary withdrawal (change of mind): Shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping is free of charge.
This aligns with EU rules on consumer protection.
4. Return Address
As we work with multiple fulfillment partners, the correct return address may vary.
A return address located within the EU will be provided by our customer service team once your return request is confirmed.
⚠️ Do not send returns to the sender address on the parcel. Returned items sent without authorization may not be processed.
5. Refund Processing
Once the returned goods are received or once you provide valid proof of shipment, we will issue your refund within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the original order.
If inspection reveals a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary, we may adjust the refund accordingly (as permitted by EU law).
